Ready to get serious about your macro imaging?  Join experts Erin Quigley and Todd Winner for the 2026 Babes and Bros in Bali at alamBatu Beach Resort in Kubu, Bali.  This 14 night workshop is held at one of the best macro dive destinations in the world (there’s some excellent wide opportunities as well) at the fabulous alamBatu resort.  With over 1000 species of nudibranchs identified off the north coast of Bali, these colorful sea slugs are joined by other A-list critters such as rhinopias, harlequin shrimp, tiger shrimp, frogfish, ghost pipefish and more.

alamBatu was built by an underwater photographer and provides true concierge diving services that focus on image-makers and their needs.  The guides are all experienced at working with photographers of all skill levels and specialize in helping create and execute creative images.

When not underwater, the package for this workshop includes unlimited spa treatments and cultural tours.  Want to take a morning off and see the waterfalls or rice terraces?  No problem.  Massage in the afternoon while others continue the critter hunt?  No problem.

With real one-on-one help from the pros, image critiques and group seminars, this workshop is for anyone looking to either get into macro for the first time or challenge themselves by tackling creative lighting and special techniques such as shooting or specialized backgrounds.
